2. Studio engagements

• Project proposals, feasibility reports, designs, and related deliverables remain our intellectual property until a formal agreement is executed and commercial obligations are satisfied.
• Timelines, investment estimates, and milestones are indicative until confirmed in a signed mandate or project agreement.
• Client responsibilities include timely feedback, approvals, and provision of accurate site information and statutory documents.

3. Digital services & content

• All content on this website—including imagery, layouts, copy, logos, and media—is owned by Rock Estates or our licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute content without express written consent.
• We implement security safeguards for data shared via forms or downloads; however, you acknowledge that transmitting information online carries inherent risks.

4. Payment & commercial terms

• Commercial commitments, payment schedules, and tax responsibilities are defined in mandate letters or project-specific agreements and supersede general information presented here.
• Delayed payments may incur interest at prevailing commercial rates. We reserve the right to pause work until dues are cleared.

5. Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, Rock Estates is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
• We maintain professional indemnity coverage and third-party vendor contracts, but responsibility for on-site compliance rests with appointed contractors unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Governing law & dispute resolution

• These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction for disputes lies with the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
• Parties agree to attempt resolution via mediation or arbitration before pursuing litigation.
