Chief Executive Officer

Praneeth Reddy

With a strong foundation in technology and international experience across leading global MNCs, he entered the real estate sector in 2014 to build a values-driven enterprise. He founded the company in 2016, initially focusing on land acquisitions and exclusive developer mandates, before scaling into the successful development of his own plotted layout projects.

With over 13 years of real estate experience in Bangalore, the business further evolved post-COVID into thoughtfully curated farmland developments. His leadership philosophy is anchored in trust, integrity, and long-term value creation, with a strong emphasis on building enduring client relationships.

Director

Mamata Reddy

Mamata Reddy is an engineering graduate who spent the early part of her career in the IT sector before pursuing interior design full time. She completed extensive interior design coursework and earned multiple state certifications, building a strong technical and creative foundation.

She has completed over 400 projects to date, known for thoughtful planning and refined execution. Today she is a widely respected professional in architectural circles, guiding each commission with a steady, detail-driven approach.

Pradeep Chander

Pradeep Chander is an essential driver of excellence at Rock Realty, bringing a dynamic combination of strategic HR expertise and high-profile personal success. With 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Recruitment across both the Overseas and Indian markets, he ensures our company attracts and retains top talent, building a resilient and high-performing team. Beyond his corporate proficiency, Mr. Pradeep is an inspiring public figure - a renowned actor in South Indian movies and an international fitness athlete.

Rohan Reddy

A dynamic real estate leader with a sharp eye for market trends and emerging opportunities. He specializes in connecting the right buyers with the right properties through insight-driven strategies. With hands-on experience in residential sales and land deals, Rohan delivers solutions that create real, measurable value. Beyond work, Rohan enjoys unplanned solo trips that fuel his perspective and creativity. A passionate pickleball enthusiast, he brings the same energy, focus, and competitive spirit to the court as he does to real estate.

Rahul Lad

Based out of Bangalore, Rahul brings 14 years of experience in the real estate industry, having worked with leading IPCs and reputed real estate developers. Sales is his core strength, supported by a strong track record in client engagement, relationship management, and deal closures. Outside of work, he is a State-level street play winner, an achievement that reflects his creative and collaborative side. He is also passionate about gardening and actively involved in philanthropic initiatives.

Jaswini

Jaswini believes every interaction can create warmth, trust, and meaningful connection, and her journey from building her own clothing brand to leading in real estate sales has shaped that mindset. As a Sales Specialist, she is passionate about thoughtful, theme-based projects that bring character and intention to every space. Many don't know that she naturally spreads smiles and understands emotions easily, helping her build strong relationships and close deals with grace.

Chandini Kashyap

Chandini is an experienced accounting professional with over four years of experience, currently working as a senior executive account at Rock Realty Estate. Accounting is not just her job—it's something she genuinely enjoys learning and improving at every day. People may not know she uses dance and music as a way to stay focused and positive, believing these creative pursuits positively influence her overall performance and work ethic.

Vignesh

Vignesh is a Marketing Executive with skills in design, content, social media marketing, and digital planning. He has experience working on creative strategy and SMM execution and enjoys turning ideas into effective digital results. With a strong interest in real estate, he aims to create meaningful impact using his marketing expertise. He also builds websites, which helps strengthen overall digital presence. A tennis player for over 10 years, he values discipline, consistency, and long-term growth.

Uzair Khan

Uzair has been working as a Pre-Sales Executive at Rock Realty for about a month, gaining hands-on experience in client coordination and lead management. He is passionate about interacting with people and understanding their requirements to offer the right solutions. Alongside his role here, he also helps manage his dad's restaurant business, which has strengthened his customer service, communication, and multitasking skills. Something not many know is that handling a family business has shaped his work ethic from a young age.
